Booking Guarantee: Book before 19 December 2013 and if you don’t get your preferred dates (within the validity period) you will receive a FULL Refund (evidence of attempted booking must be provided to our Support Team prior to 21 December 2013). Refunds are not available if you are not able to secure your preferred dates after that date (please note, bookings must be made before 28 March 2014)

Maximum Room Capacity: The maximum room capacity is four people on a Queen bed and double sofa bed (ideal for up to three adults, or two adults and two children)
Baby Policy: Children three years and under do not count towards room capacity. A cot is available for a surcharge of $20 per two night voucher option and $30 per three night voucher option; must be requested when booking and subject to availability

What do I need to do?
